Introduction

CineVault is Firebox's entertainment platform for discovering movies and TV shows, exploring available content, purchasing supported content, and receiving purchased content through the CineVault Telegram Bot.

CineVault brings content discovery, movie information, purchasing, and Telegram delivery together in one platform.

Getting Started

Getting started with CineVault is simple:

Browse Content → Select a Movie or Show → View Details → Purchase → Complete Payment → Receive Content on Telegram

You can browse available content without searching for a specific title, or use the search feature to quickly find something you are looking for.

Home

The CineVault home page provides access to available entertainment content and featured sections.

Depending on the current CineVault release, the home page may include:

- Featured movies
- Trending movies
- Popular movies
- Popular TV shows
- Latest content
- Recommended content
- Genres
- Search

Select any available title to open its details page.

Movies

The Movies section allows you to browse available movies.

You can explore movie titles and open individual movies to view their available information, pricing, and purchase options.

TV Shows

The TV Shows section allows you to discover and explore available television series.

Open a show to view its available information and supported content.

Search

Use the search feature to find movies and TV shows quickly.

Search by Title

Enter the movie or TV show name into the search field.

CineVault will display matching results when available.

Search Results

Select a result to open its details page.

If you cannot find the title you are looking for, try using a shorter search term or check the spelling.

Movie Details

A movie details page provides information about the selected title.

Depending on the available data, it may include:

Content Pricing

Some CineVault content may require payment before it can be delivered.

The price of a title is displayed on its details or purchase page when purchasing is available.

Prices may vary depending on the content.

Purchasing Content

To purchase available content:

1. Open the movie or TV show.
2. Review the available information.
3. Check the displayed price.
4. Select the purchase option.
5. Complete the required payment.
6. Wait for the payment to be confirmed.
7. CineVault processes your order.
8. The purchased content is delivered through the CineVault Telegram Bot.

Only complete payments through the official CineVault payment flow.

Payment

CineVault may support online payment methods provided through its payment system.

Follow the payment instructions displayed during checkout.

Successful Payment

After payment has been successfully confirmed, CineVault creates or updates the corresponding purchase record.

The system can then begin processing the Telegram delivery.

Failed Payment

If a payment fails, the purchase should not be treated as completed.

Check the payment details and try again using the available payment option.

Payment Pending

If a payment is still pending, wait for the payment status to be updated before attempting the purchase again.

Avoid making multiple payments for the same purchase unless instructed by CineVault.

Telegram Delivery

Purchased CineVault content is delivered to the user's Telegram through the CineVault Telegram Bot.

The Telegram Bot acts as the delivery channel for purchased content.

The general delivery flow is:

Purchase → Payment Confirmation → Order Processing → Telegram Bot Delivery → Content Received

Connect Telegram

To receive purchased content, your Telegram account must be connected to or associated with CineVault according to the current CineVault setup.

Follow the Telegram connection instructions provided by CineVault.

Start the CineVault Telegram Bot

Open the CineVault Telegram Bot and follow the instructions provided by the bot.

The bot may provide instructions for connecting your Telegram account to your CineVault account.

Verify Your Account

Complete any verification or linking steps requested by CineVault.

This allows CineVault to identify where purchased content should be delivered.

Telegram Purchase Delivery

After a successful purchase and payment confirmation, CineVault sends the purchased content to the user's Telegram through the CineVault Telegram Bot.

The user does not need to manually download the purchased content from CineVault if Telegram delivery is supported for that purchase.

The delivery process may take some time depending on the content size, server processing, and Telegram delivery status.

Telegram Delivery Status

CineVault may provide a delivery status for your purchase.

Possible statuses can include:

- Payment Pending
- Payment Confirmed
- Processing
- Sending
- Delivered
- Failed

The exact status options depend on the current CineVault implementation.

Receiving Purchased Content

When your purchase has been processed, the CineVault Telegram Bot sends the purchased content to your connected Telegram account.

Open Telegram and check your conversation with the CineVault Telegram Bot.

For large files, delivery may take longer than smaller files.

Telegram Delivery Issues

Content Has Not Arrived

If your purchased content has not arrived:

1. Confirm that your payment was successful.
2. Check your CineVault purchase or order status.
3. Confirm that your Telegram account is connected.
4. Open the CineVault Telegram Bot.
5. Check whether the bot has sent a delivery message.
6. Wait for processing if the content is still being prepared.
7. Contact CineVault Support if the delivery remains unsuccessful.

Telegram Bot Cannot Send the Content

Make sure you have started the CineVault Telegram Bot and completed the required connection process.

If Telegram delivery permissions or account linking are required, complete those steps before requesting another delivery.

Wrong Telegram Account

Make sure the Telegram account connected to CineVault is the account you want to receive purchased content on.

If CineVault provides an account-linking option, use it to update your connected Telegram account.

My Purchases

The My Purchases section allows users to view content they have purchased.

Depending on the current CineVault release, purchase records may include:

- Content title
- Purchase date

Order History

Your order history provides a record of your CineVault purchases.

Use it to check previous purchases and their current status.

Order Status

An order may move through several stages.

Pending

Sending

The content is being sent through the CineVault Telegram Bot.

The Watchlist allows you to save movies and TV shows that you want to explore or watch later.

Add a title to your Watchlist from the available title controls.

Favorites

Favorites allow you to maintain a personal collection of titles you like.

You can add or remove supported titles from your favorites.

Recommendations

CineVault may provide recommendations based on available movie information, genres, popularity, similarity, or other supported data.

Use recommendations to discover new movies and TV shows.

Genres

Browse content by genre to discover titles matching your interests.

Sign Up

Create a CineVault account using the registration option provided by the platform.

Enter the required information and complete the registration process.

Sign In

Existing users can sign in using their registered account credentials.

If you cannot sign in, verify your credentials and try again.

Profile

The Profile section provides access to available account information and personalization settings.

Telegram Account Management

Do not share your Telegram authentication information with anyone.

Troubleshooting

Search Is Not Finding a Title

Try using the complete title or a shorter search term.

Check the spelling and try searching again.

Movie Information Is Missing

Some titles may not have complete information available.

Missing information depends on the data available for that title.

Payment Failed

Check your payment information and try the payment process again.

If money was deducted but the purchase remains unsuccessful, keep your payment confirmation and contact CineVault Support.

Payment Was Successful but Order Is Not Updated

Wait for the payment status to be processed.

If the payment was successful but the order remains pending for an extended period, contact support with your payment information.

Purchased Content Has Not Arrived on Telegram

Check that:

- Your payment was successful.
- The order is marked as paid or confirmed.
- Your Telegram account is connected.
- You have started the CineVault Telegram Bot.
- The bot can communicate with your Telegram account.
- The order is not still processing.

Telegram Bot Is Not Responding

Open the CineVault Telegram Bot and make sure you have started it.

Check your internet connection and try again.

Content Delivery Failed

Check the order's delivery status.

If the delivery failed, follow the available retry instructions or contact CineVault Support.

Watchlist Is Not Updating

Make sure you are signed into the correct CineVault account.

Refresh the page and try again.

Support

If you experience an issue that is not covered in this documentation, contact Firebox Support or CineVault Support through the available support channels.

When reporting an issue, provide:

- A clear description of the problem
- The affected movie or TV show
- Order information when applicable
- Payment status
- Telegram delivery status
- Any displayed error message
- A screenshot when useful

Never send your password, Telegram authentication information, or private credentials to support.

Updates

CineVault may receive updates that introduce new features, improve performance, fix bugs, expand content, and improve the overall user experience.
