Pairing Your WhatsApp Bot
An active token is required before you can generate a pairing code.
Step 1 — Enter Your Token
Open the Firebox WhatsApp Bot page and enter your active token.
The system will verify the token before allowing you to continue.
Step 2 — Enter Your WhatsApp Number
Enter the WhatsApp phone number you want to connect to the bot.
Make sure the number is correct and uses the appropriate country code.
Step 3 — Generate a Pairing Code
After your token and phone number have been accepted, request a pairing code.
The pairing code is generated for the WhatsApp number you provided.
Step 4 — Open WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp on the phone containing the account you want to connect.
Go to:
Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device
Step 5 — Complete Pairing
Follow the WhatsApp instructions and enter the pairing code when requested.
After successful pairing, the WhatsApp account will be connected to the Firebox Bot.
Pairing Requirements
Before starting the pairing process, make sure:
- You have an active Firebox token.
- Your WhatsApp number is correct.
- You have access to the WhatsApp account.
- Your WhatsApp application is updated.

To continue using token-protected features, purchase a new token plan and use the newly generated token.
